Our mission is simple. We want to change the world one Angel at a time. In a world where kindness seems to be in limited supply, through your kindness, we prove love is still alive.

What began as a gathering of friends has grown into a longstanding community event with a meaningful mission.
In the fall of 2009, the Oser and Roth families were camping at Woody’s Farm when Cindy and Dan began discussing the Oser family’s annual summer party. Affectionately known as Oser Fest, the gathering had outgrown the family’s home. Cindy asked Dan whether Dwight “Woody” Bucher might be open to renting the farm so the event could continue to grow. Dan suggested that, since the two families shared so many mutual friends, they co-host the celebration. Oser-Roth Fest was born.
While planning the first Oser-Roth Fest, the families learned about Blake Kamstra, who was battling acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Moved by his story, they began considering ways to raise money to support him, although no formal plans had yet been made.
Then, one day, Dan shared Blake’s story with a client and friend named Charlie. Charlie immediately stood up, opened his wallet, handed Dan a $100 bill, and said, “Give this to Blake.” Deeply moved by the gesture, Dan called Cindy and wondered whether they could raise additional funds for Blake by selling T-shirts at the party. That year, they raised more than $5,000.
What began as a simple act of generosity planted the seed for what would become something far greater.
Over the past 16 years, Oser-Roth & Friends Fest has raised nearly $1 million to support 83 children and their families.
Here is a short video that tells you a little bit about Oser-Roth & Friends Fest, and what our mission is.
