For the past 14years, Woody and the Bucher family have allowed us to invade their lovely Mission Heights Farm the last weekend of July. This year is no different. The Farm is located at 4340 Veraestau Ln, Aurora, IN 47001 (beyond the Verastau Historic site).
MARKET STREET IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION
The normal route from downtown Aurora up to the farm on Market Street is CLOSED due to construction. You will need to access the farm from Dutch Hallow from U.S. 50. Click HERE to get directions from the fire house on Dutch Hollow and U.S. 50.
RV CAMPING
We have a limited number of camping sites available for the event. These are generally on a first-come, first-serve basis. Due to logistical issues, we need to have campers delivered to the farm on Sunday, July 23, 2023, between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm. You may not have access to bring your camper to the farm after that time.
Camper delivery is weather dependent. Please keep an eye out on the Oser-Roth & Friends Fest Facebook page for updates.
If you cannot make this time, please contact us at info@oserrothfest.com
Due to logistical issues, campers may not be permitted to leave on Sunday, July 30, 2023, until certain items are torn down and packed away.
Do not turn the a/c in your camper prior to the beginning of your stay at the event. As we will have many campers on the electrical system during the event, we are asking you to raise the temperature in your camper during the days where possible.
TENT CAMPING
There will are spots to tent camp. All tent camping is to take place in the designated area. All people camping under the age of eighteen must be supervised by a legal adult. There are zero exceptions to this.
Tent camping should be considered primitive, and the use of a port-a-let will be the only means of taking care of one's personal needs.
Tent camping will not have the same set-up and tear-down restrictions that apply to campers.
EVENT PARKING
Everyone will be required to park in the field when you first come onto the farm. The only exception will be Angels and the bands. NO OTHER EXCEPTIONS IS PERMITTED. Trams will be bringing people to the party from the parking field.
If you have an elderly or handicapped person riding with you, you will be allowed to drop them off at the party, and then you will be required to return to the field for parking.
Please know that the people who are working parking are volunteers. Please be kind and respectful. They are only ensuring we have adequate parking and following the instructions given.
If you are camping for the event, your car will be required to park in the field by Friday at 3:00pm. This will help us not have to go camper to camper on Saturday to get cars moved.
PLEASE NOTE: The road on the farm (between parking and the party) will be closed to auto and foot traffic at 9pm Saturday! This will allow us to ensure the area for fireworks is safe for the show. There will be no exceptions to this rule. No cars will be allowed to enter property after 9pm. An on-duty officer will monitor this. If you plan to leave before the fireworks show, please plan on leaving prior to the 9pm deadline.
As we are a family-friendly event, absolutely no alcohol is to be consumed by anyone under the age of 21. Violators will be reported to authorities on site and asked to leave.
No illegal substances are permitted on the grounds of Mission Heights. Violators will be reported to authorities on site and asked to leave.
All swimmers under 18 are required to wear a life jacket when in the lake: no exception. It is also suggested for adult swimmers. We will have some life jackets but may not have enough for all swimmers. Please bring your own if possible.
Please bring your own chairs to sit on.
Pop-up tents (easy ups) are welcome but need to come down during the fireworks.
Woody and the Bucher's have donated their land for our event. All campers are asked to help return Mission Heights to its beautiful state on Sunday morning. We ask everyone to donate some time to help us clean up on Sunday morning before you leave. Cleaning will start after 9 am. Your help is greatly appreciated.
The most important rule of all: HAVE FUN, RELAX, BE SAFE, & CELEBRATE OUR ANGELS!
Every year we are asked to help with the Big Party. Trust me, as the event has grown, we do appreciate the help. If you would like to help with supplies for the fest, please consider our signup genius.
