ANGEL NOMINATIONS

Dear friends:
Believe it or not, it is time to start the nomination process for our 2025 Angels!  To nominate a deserving child, complete the online application.  The application can be found using the button at the bottom of the page!   Applications are being accepted starting today and will run through January 31, 2025.   In February, the selection committee will meet to review the applications submitted and select the Angels.

Here are some tips for completing the application process:

• Please be as thorough as possible.  We receive many nominations, and telling a complete story may make the difference in a successful nomination.  Do not worry about giving us too much information.

• Involve the parents/guardians to help fill in the blanks if necessary. Sometimes, conditions and situations are complex, and the parents/guardians can help tell their child’s story.

• If you do not involve the parents/guardians in the process, please let them know you have nominated their child.  This will prepare them if our medical professional needs to call to discuss something that would assist us in our selection process.   This is rare, but it could be necessary due to the complexity of the conditions.

• Because the nomination form can take some time.  It may be advantageous to write your responses in a Word document and paste them into the form.  This will allow you to write the nomination in your time frame.  Sometimes it is necessary to walk away and come back to the application.  Working on a Word document makes this easier.
